Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Overview
We want you to be confident when booking our services. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for consultations and remote services provided by GLOBALNOVA TRADE LTD.
2. Cancellation and Refund Eligibility
Full refund: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session.
Partial refund (50%): Cancellations made between 2 and 24 hours before the scheduled session.
No refund: Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the session or failure to attend without notice. However, we may offer rescheduling at our discretion.
3. Free Rescheduling
You may reschedule a booked session once at no charge by providing at least 12 hours notice. Additional rescheduling requests may incur a nominal administrative fee.
4. Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days using the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.
5. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Services that have already been fully delivered are not eligible for refund. If you experience technical issues on your side that prevent delivery, we will reschedule rather than refund.
