2. Service Description
We provide remote software setup, configuration, debugging, and installation services for OpenClaw and related platforms. All services are delivered remotely unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Booking and Payment
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a signed quote or online booking form. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice unless otherwise stated. All prices include applicable UK taxes.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Clients may cancel or reschedule a booked session by providing at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a partial charge. Please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy for full details.
5. Service Limitations
Our remote services require a stable internet connection and appropriate access credentials. We are not liable for delays caused by client-side technical issues or third-party software incompatibility.
6. Liability and Insurance
We maintain professional indemnity insurance. Our liability is limited to the total value of the service fee paid for the specific engagement.
7. Complaints Procedure
If you are unhappy with our service, please contact us in writing within 14 days. We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days and aim to resolve it within 30 days.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
